Carmen Turner Facility – Industrial Interior Strip-Out

The Carmen E. Turner Maintenance and Training Facility, located in Landover, MD, required a multi-phase interior strip-out to support infrastructure upgrades and mechanical modernization.

  • Selective demolition in mechanical and training bays

  • Floor tile and pipe insulation asbestos abatement

  • Removal of outdated ductwork, panels, and equipment

RemacUSA complied with all WMATA safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) transport regulations, ensuring safe and timely removal of railcars with minimal disruption to rail yard operations.
