For each new phase of land development, obsolete structures had to be safely removed and sites restored to pre-construction condition.

Van Metre’s parcels often contained aging structures with undocumented environmental hazards and sensitive zoning overlays.

Solution

RemacUSA conducted full pre-demo surveys, managed environmental clearances with county agencies, and adapted demolition approaches to protect wetlands and preserve designated trees and buffers.

Final Outcome

RemacUSA’s work enabled Van Metre to maintain development timelines and secure permits for the next phases of construction. All sites were delivered clean, graded, and in accordance with local regulatory requirements. No citations or safety incidents were recorded across any of the parcels.
