Services Performed
✅ Structural Demolition
Careful takedown of multi-story masonry and steel-framed buildings using precision equipment to minimize impact to nearby facilities.
✅ Asbestos Abatement
Removal of pipe insulation, floor tile, roofing materials, and contaminated debris under full containment procedures in accordance with NESHAP standards.

✅ Water Management & Safety

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge
Heavy water accumulation in basement areas exposed asbestos materials and created a contaminated slurry.
Solution
RemacUSA implemented controlled pumping and HEPA-filtered negative air systems. All debris was hand-bagged or wet-vacuumed under negative pressure to prevent airborne fiber release.
Materials Recycled
Structural steel salvaged and transported to licensed recycler
Clean concrete crushed and reused as fill
Scrap piping and conduit separated as non-ferrous
