MedVet NOVA is a 24-hour veterinary emergency and specialty hospital serving the Northern Virginia region. As part of a phased interior renovation, the client required the removal of walls, ceilings, mechanical systems, and flooring. RemacUSA was selected for its experience in sensitive, clinical environments, including hospitals, labs, and treatment centers.

✅ Interior Selective Demolition

Careful takedown of gypsum partitions, ceilings, MEP systems, and built-ins across several wings of the facility. Work areas were isolated to protect adjacent surgical and treatment zones.

Installed temporary partitions and used negative air machines and HEPA filtration to prevent contamination. Daily cleanup ensured sanitary conditions throughout.

✅ Universal Waste Handling
