INTERIOR SELECTIVE DEMOLITION

  • Careful takedown of gypsum partitions, ceilings, MEP systems, and built-ins across several wings of the facility. Work areas were isolated to protect adjacent surgical and treatment zones.

DUST & DEBRIS CONTROL

  • Installed temporary partitions and used negative air machines and HEPA filtration to prevent contamination. Daily cleanup ensured sanitary conditions throughout.

UNIVERSAL WASTE HANDLING

  • Removed light fixtures, electronic waste, and non-hazardous medical equipment, sorted and disposed of in accordance with Virginia DEQ guidelines.
